We take the security of operator data seriously. Here’s what we do today and where we’re headed.
How we protect your data
Encryption in transit
All traffic to and from Incline is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Nothing leaves our servers in plain text.
Encryption at rest
Data stored in our database and backups is encrypted at rest. Your numbers stay protected even on disk.
Role-based access
Every team member at Incline only has access to the systems their role requires. We follow least-privilege by default.
Audit logs
Sensitive actions in the application are logged with the actor, timestamp, and resource. We can tell you who did what and when.
Daily backups
Production data is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery. If something goes wrong, we can restore it.
SOC 2 on the roadmap
We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification. We are not certified yet and will not claim otherwise.
Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in Incline, we want to hear about it. Please email us with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and any relevant details. We’ll acknowledge your report within two business days and keep you updated as we work on a fix.
