Incline Inc. (“Incline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Incline platform at useincline.com and related applications (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information
When you register for an account and during the onboarding process, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, store addresses, and billing information.
Operational Data
This includes business data you enter into the Platform, such as sales figures, inventory records, fuel data, lottery data, shift information, financial records, and employee information. This is “Your Data” as defined in our Terms of Service.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, access times, browser type, device information, and IP address.
POS Data
Transaction data synced from your point-of-sale system through Store Agent, including item-level sales, payment types, and register activity.
Communications
We retain records of your communications with us, including support requests, feedback, and any other correspondence.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process transactions and manage your account
- To send service-related communications, including maintenance notices, security alerts, and account notifications
- To provide customer support
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform
- To comply with legal obligations
We do NOT sell your personal information or business data. We do NOT use Your Data for advertising purposes.

Service Providers

6. Data Retention
We retain Your Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, Your Data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted within 90 days.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
